How do i place an order

You may order with us online. Go to "Shop Online" to make purchases, with payment either by credit card, Paypal or via InterBank Funds Transfer.

If you have opted to pay by InterBank Funds Transfer, please kindly make payment to the following account:

-  Please email us your bank transfer details immediately after making the bank transfer. Please let us have the following details:

time and date of transaction,

and our reference number (in relation to your order).

- We will arrange to send out your order within 3 working days, after confirmation of receipt of funds. (Transfers from certain banks may be credited only after a few working days after your transfer. As such, we may not be able to confirm receipt of funds immediately.)

It has been a few days since i ordered but i haven't heard from you.

If you fail to receive an email confirmation from us within 3 working days of your payment, please kindly email us (on the fourth day).

What if i order above $1000?

For bulk orders above $1000, please allow more time for us to prepare your order.

Can i cancel my order?

We are sorry. Online orders, once confirmed and paid, cannot be cancelled or amended.
